Your estimated delivery window will be provided at checkout, based on your order's processing/production time, as well as the shipping time.

You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your package has shipped.

No changes can be made to your shipping address once your package has left our dressmaker's facility.

Once shipped, your order may take 1-18 days to arrive, depending on what you've ordered and your location.

The carrier for your order is automatically selected based on your shipping address and cannot be changed.
💡 Tip: Double-check your shipping address before confirming your order to avoid delays.
Shipping Restrictions
- Deliveries must go to a residential or business address.

P.O. boxes and freight forwarding addresses are not allowed.

We are unable to deliver to Freight Forwarding addresses due to their association with fraudulent activity. Orders with forwarding addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

For countries that offer free shipping*, free shipping applies only when the total amount, excluding shipping, tax, and rush fees, reaches the listed price.
- We offer free shipping for At-Home Try On dresses, swatches, and tape measures as our gift to you for being a loyal customer.

Expedited shipping is only available in the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, and France.

Expedited shipping is not available for:
- Try-On dresses, final sale items, accessories, or swatches
- Mixed orders (made to order + ready made items OR items with + items without rush production)
- Select remote regions
