Return Timeframes
⭐ We accept returns for standard size dresses, suits, and most accessories within 30 days of delivery. For customers in Germany and the UK, returns must be made within 15 days.
💎 Jewelry and headpieces must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
👗 Try On Dresses must be purchased or returned within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Policy Overview
⭐ When you return an order, you will be refunded the amount paid for the item plus applicable taxes, minus a return shipping fee per item. Refunds exclude shipping fees, rush fees, and taxes paid toward those fees.
👗 The fee you pay for try-on dresses covers the cost of processing and is nonrefundable.
📦 Return shipping fees apply to each item sent back (except try-on dresses). To avoid fees, we recommend using our At-Home Try On Program or carefully reviewing our size chart and measuring guide before placing an order.
⏱ Refund Timeline:

Mail-In Returns: Processed in 4-6 business days after arrival at our warehouse; refunds appear in 3-10 business days depending on your bank.

Happy Returns (US Only): Processed within minutes once scanned; refunds take up to 24 hours plus bank processing time.
Non-Returnable Items
🛑 The following items are not returnable:
- Custom Size Dresses
- Purchased Try-On Dresses
- Swatches
- Fabric by the Yard
- Tape Measure
- Bouquets
- Garment Bags
- Shapewear and Intimates
- Personalized Products
- Any Other Items Marked as Final Sale on the Product Page

Return Requirements
⚠️ All returnable items must be:
- Unwashed
- Unworn
- Unaltered
- Undamaged
- Clean and free of lint or hair
- In original condition with tags still attached
Items with obvious signs of wear, alterations, or missing tags will not be accepted.
Unauthorized Returns
Please return only the approved item(s) listed on your return label and ensure each item is sent back using its correct label. Items returned in error, sent without authorization, or that do not meet our return requirements (including any non-Azazie merchandise) are not eligible for a refund. Azazie is unable to return, replace, refund, or provide compensation for unauthorized returns or for non-Azazie items sent to us by mistake.
International Return Labels
Azazie cannot provide return labels to customers in Brazil, Czech Republic, Mexico, New Zealand, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, and South Korea. Customers in these countries will need to pay for their own return label.
Reserved Rights for Returns & Important Notes
We reserve the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time, due to certain circumstances such as:
- Irregular or excessive returns history that suggests "wardrobing" (customers buying items with the intent to wear them briefly and then return them)
- A history of returning items that have been worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or are missing items
- Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity
- Bulk orders including multiple sizes or variations of the same item
⚠️ Additional Charges:
- Unreturned Try-On dresses will be charged full price
- Try-On Dresses that are returned damaged will be charged full price
🚫 Please Note:
- If you use your own return label, you are responsible for ensuring your order arrives within our Return Policy window. Azazie is not responsible for lost returns.
